I worked on the backend challenge engine and helped move deployments from manual release work to automated Pulumi and GitHub Actions pipelines.
Details
01 Architected and evolved the configurable challenge engine, where admins define rules, actions, point values, reward conditions, and team mechanics through the admin panel without requiring code changes.
02 Migrated the deployment workflow from manual to fully automated: implemented infrastructure as code with Pulumi, configured AWS resources (S3, CloudFront, EC2 backend), and set up GitHub Actions pipelines with Slack notifications.
